3 WEEKS DELAYED SHIPMENT
Please
be advised that from August 3 through August 28, 2026, NEAG will
temporarily extend the delayed shipment period on stock models
from two weeks to three weeks. Effective August 29, we will return to our standard two-week delayed shipment policy.

NEAG is proud to announce the launch of our updated News Wall Website,
www.appliancegroupies.com. This site will require new login
information. The username to access the site is "appliancegroupies",
and the password is "newengland". Please reach out to
memberservices@neag.com with any questions!
MONTHLY SCHEDULED COMPUTER MAINTENANCE
Our normal computer maintenance schedule runs every third Tuesday of
the month between 6:00 PM and 10:00 PM. There will limited or no access
to the B2B Ordering Site and Member Site during these times. If there
is a change to the schedule, we will notify you accordingly. Please
advise your teams regarding these maintenance windows and access to our
websites during this time.
