NEW MONDAY CUTOFF TIME

Effective Monday, November 2, 2026, we will be changing the order cutoff time for members who receive a Tuesday AM delivery. The Monday cutoff will move from 12:00 PM (Noon) to 10:00 AM. This does not apply to pickup dealers. Please note that Tuesday through Friday cutoff times will remain unchanged at this time. We ask that you please communicate this change to your sales and ordering staff to ensure all orders are submitted by the new 10:00AM Monday cutoff for expected Tuesday delivery.

3 WEEKS DELAYED SHIPMENT

We are pleased to announce that the ability to delay shipment of in-stock B2B orders for up to three weeks will remain available indefinitely and will be reviewed monthly based on warehouse capacity. While we intend to continue offering this flexibility, changing warehouse conditions may require us to modify or discontinue the program with limited notice. We hope this added flexibility helps you secure inventory at the right price for your customers while reducing the need to utilize valuable space in your facility. If you have any questions, please contact Member Services.

MONTHLY SCHEDULED COMPUTER MAINTENANCE
