NEAG Member Messages Updated 3/19/2026
* ANNUAL PHYSICAL INVENTORY FRIDAY 3/20 - SATURDAY 3/21...NEAG will be temporarily shutting down warehouse operations to
conduct our Annual Physical Inventory on Friday, March 20th through
Saturday, March 21st, 2026. Please review the following guidelines:
- Orders
for delivery on Friday, March 20th must be entered no later than noon
on Thursday, March 19th – NO EXCEPTIONS. We kindly ask that any non-urgent
stock is ordered for delivery earlier in the week or after we conclude our
Physical Inventory. While we make every effort to deliver orders placed
prior to the deadline, delivery cannot be guaranteed.
- Dealer
Pick Ups and Deliveries: We will not be accepting any dealer pickups on
Friday or Saturday while we conduct our full physical inventory.
- The
Ordering Site (B2B) will be available during this time, however, available
quantities will not be updated. Please hold off entering any
unnecessary orders until Sunday March 22nd to ensure your order is
processed. You will only receive web reference #’s during this time as
orders will not be imported into our system.
- RMAs:
We are requesting that all returns be returned no later than close of
business on Thursday, March 19th . We will resume accepting
these RMA’s on Monday, March 23rd.
- The
warehouse will not be scheduling delivery appointments from our
manufacturers on Friday, March 20th . GE, Whirlpool, Electrolux, Fisher
Paykel, and Miele cross-dock deliveries
will also be affected.

* EASTERN MARKETING WAREHOUSE CLOSED 2/23/26... Please be advised that the Eastern Marketing warehouse is closed today, February 23, 2026, due to weather conditions which will result in delays for all shipments scheduled for this week. Please reach out to your Eastern Marketing rep with any urgent questions.
* CRANE APPLIANCE SEEKING DOMETIC STOCK... Crane Appliance is looking for any Dometic stock available at other

* SEASONAL ITEM ORDERING UPDATE 12/11/25... Please note that seasonal items have been placed into
long-term storage. During this period, we ask that you submit any seasonal
items on a separate order and allow one additional day of lead
time for fulfillment. This process helps us retrieve and ship these items
efficiently. We expect this policy to remain in place through April 1st.

* SHIPPING POLICY UPDATE EFFECTIVE 8/12/25...
To streamline operations:
• Min. 10 pcs for deliveries in our 3 freight zones
• Min. 14 pcs for out-of-zone/off-route dealers
• Accessories excluded from piece count
• Enter actual delivery/pickup date on B2B to trigger pick ticket
• Pickup dealers: Only place orders ready for scheduled pickup 📢 Full policy was emailed on 8/11 & posted to the News Wall & Member Website.
* NEAG SHIPPING UPDATE...
We are currently warehousing mattresses, AC Units and grills in a
different building. Due to this, we ask that you please place all
mattress, grill and AC orders on a separate order from others. Doing so will
ensure your order will ship in a timely manner. Otherwise, your order
could potentially be delayed up to 2 business days.
**Please
remember to pass this information along to your ordering department,
ensuring that everyone at your store is on the same page.**

information. The username to access the site is "appliancegroupies",

* MONTHLY SCHEDULED COMPUTER MAINTENANCE...
Our normal computer maintenance schedule runs every third Tuesday of
the month between 6:00 PM and 10:00 PM. There will limited or no access
to the B2B Ordering Site and Member Site during these times. If there
is a change to the schedule, we will notify you accordingly. Please
advise your teams regarding these maintenance windows and access to our
websites during this time. SCHEDULED FOR 3/17/26.
