* SEASONAL ITEM ORDERING UPDATE 12/11/25... Please note that seasonal items have been placed into
long-term storage. During this period, we ask that you submit any seasonal
items on a separate order and allow one additional day of lead
time for fulfillment. This process helps us retrieve and ship these items
efficiently. We expect this policy to remain in place through April 1st.

We are currently warehousing mattresses, AC Units and grills in a
different building. Due to this, we ask that you please place all
mattress, grill and AC orders on a separate order from others. Doing so will
ensure your order will ship in a timely manner. Otherwise, your order
could potentially be delayed up to 2 business days. **Please
remember to pass this information along to your ordering department,
ensuring that everyone at your store is on the same page.** Please

* MONTHLY SCHEDULED COMPUTER MAINTENANCE...
Our normal computer maintenance schedule runs every third Tuesday of
the month between 6:00 PM and 10:00 PM. There will limited or no access
to the B2B Ordering Site and Member Site during these times. If there
is a change to the schedule, we will notify you accordingly. Please
advise your teams regarding these maintenance windows and access to our
websites during this time. SCHEDULED FOR 12/16/2025.
