* NEAG CLOSED LABOR DAY 9/1/25... Due to the upcoming Labor Day Holiday our facility will be
closed on Monday, September 1, 2025, affecting the following standing
appointments by our vendors.

For normal scheduled deliveries, you should have been
contacted directly by Rielly's and Stafford regarding how the holiday will
impact you.
All special orders will be pulled by our purchasing team in
a timely manner to ensure product is delivered as soon as possible.

* NEAG AC DEHUMIDIFIER SEASONAL GOOD STOCK RETURN POLICY ... The
updated 2025 Seasonal Return Policy has been uploaded to our Member
Site and News Wall, please review at your earliest convenience: NEAG Seasonal Return Policy Updated 7.15.25 – NEAG News Wall. The 2025 Seasonal Air Conditioner Return Request will be open from
August 4–29 via the New England Group Member Website. An early return window
for select models begins July 16. Dehumidifier returns will be accepted from
August 4 through October 10. Additional details and the list of eligible models are included in the News Wall post.

changes are critical to improving warehouse efficiency & fairness

* ELECTROLUX ANNOUNCEMENT - STOP SALE RAC...
Electrolux Group has issued a safety notice regarding potential mold
growth in specific Frigidaire U-shaped Window Air conditioner models (GHWQ085WD1, GHWQ105WD1 and GHWQ125WD1) requesting immediate cessation of their sale and distribution. Please see our News Wall post at Electrolux Announcement- Stop Sell RAC – NEAG News Wall for more information.
* NEAG SHIPPING UPDATE...
We are currently warehousing mattresses, AC Units and grills in a
different building. Due to this, we ask that you please place all
mattress, grill and AC orders on a separate order from others. Doing so will
ensure your order will ship in a timely manner. Otherwise, your order
could potentially be delayed up to 2 business days.
**Please
remember to pass this information along to your ordering department,
ensuring that everyone at your store is on the same page.**

* FIVE (5) MODELS AFFECTED BY PRODUCTION DELAY... Please
note that there is a production delay on the following models due to
their stainless-steel tubs. Some models noted with plastic tubs were
also held up in shipment due to this production issue. The models
currently on backorder are
listed below. We have not received an ETA of production yet on the
stainless-steel models. However, the plastics are shipping in 1-2
weeks. We

* FRIGIDAIRE MODEL FFUE2022AF UPDATE... Frigidaire
model FFUE2022AF is backordered until August 2025, and Frigidaire is
currently not accepting new orders. We will receive notification from
Frigidaire once the model becomes available again. Thank you for your
patience.
* FRIGIDAIRE MODELS FRAE2022AF AND FFUE2022AF DELAYED.... Frigidaire is experiencing a 60 – 90 day delay at the
factory on models FRAE2022AF and FFUE2022AF. Please note that we are
monitoring this situation closely and will inform you of any changes. In
the meantime, please reach out to purchasing@neag.com if you need to cancel your order(s). As
always, we appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.

* MONTHLY SCHEDULED COMPUTER MAINTENANCE...
Our normal computer maintenance schedule runs every third Tuesday of
the month between 6:00 PM and 10:00 PM. There will limited or no access
to the B2B Ordering Site and Member Site during these times. If there
is a change to the schedule, we will notify you accordingly. Please
advise your teams regarding these maintenance windows and access to our
websites during this time. SCHEDULED FOR 9/16/2025.
